Claims Associate

Our client, an established Insurance company is looking to hire a Claims Associate to support their operations and grow into a Claims Handler role. In this fast-paced position, you will learn the full claims lifecycle while managing core administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new claims accurately, process and reconcile invoices, prepare settlement instructions, maintain updated files, and assist with management or regulatory reports.
• Review claim documentation for accuracy, gather supporting evidence (medical reports, police statements, receipts), and shadow specialists to learn policy application and decision-making across personal, motor, commercial, and health lines.
• Provide courteous support to clients, brokers, and service providers via phone, email, or in-person visits, taking clear notes and escalating complex queries to senior team members when necessary.

Requirements

• Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Competency in Microsoft Office and general data management software
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational & multitasking skils, and willingness to learn
• · Eager to learn and develop knowledge of insurance products and claims handling.

Education and experience

• A Levels standard, or insurance qualification would be considered an asset
• Previous experience in office administration, client facing roles or insurance sector is preferred
