Our client is seeking to recruit a Branch Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running and performance of one of their branches. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is customer-focused, commercially minded and confident managing the full range of branch activities independently.
Duties include:
- Deliver an excellent and personalised service, advising customers on insurance products and solutions that meet their needs.
- Drive sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities and promoting and cross- selling the Company’s products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively developing new business.
- Issue policies, quotations and renewals, and support customers throughout the claims process
- Ensure all documentation and branch activities are handled accurately and in line with regulatory requirements, internal procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor branch performance and contribute to sales forecasts and business planning.
Requirements
- Has a minimum of five years’ experience within the insurance industry.
- Is commercially minded, with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Has excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Person must feel confortable working independently
- Fluency in Maltese and English is required
Education and experience
- Holds a recognised insurance qualification.
