Training & Recruitment Operator

Our client is seeking a motivated Training & Recruitment Operator to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent administrative skills.  

The Main Responsibilities include:

• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates or external agents.  
• Administration: Monitor and manage a high-volume team mailbox, delegating correspondence appropriately.  
• Performance Tracking: Review, assess, and log remarks from performance appraisal reports.  
• Training Logistics: Plan, arrange, and oversee required training courses.  
• Support: Handle general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the department manager. 

Working Hours:

Flexible scheduling within a 06:00 – 20:00 operational window.

Fixed Core Hours: 10:00–11:30 & 14:30–16:00, minimum of 8 hours daily 

Requirements

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail alongside exceptional organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time-sensitive priorities effectively.

Education and experience

• Previous experience within the maritime sector, recruitment, or at sea is highly desirable.
