Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, map, and engage passive talent across LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry channels for specialized business service roles.
- Partner with department heads to define candidate profiles, refine sourcing strategies, and prioritize recruitment needs.
- Build relationships with universities, professional bodies, and external agencies while negotiating commercial terms and package structures.
- Propose recruitment initiatives and partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns, social media content, and active talent pipelines.
- Conduct screening calls, participate in first-stage interviews, guide candidates through the hiring journey, and assist with offer creation and contract drafting.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, channel efficiency, ROI) and maintain data integrity within the ATS in line with compliance standards.
Requirements
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills to effectively translate complex business needs into recruitment strategies.
- Direct Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in hunting passive candidates and leveraging LinkedIn sourcing tools.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the Group’s services and translate hiring requirements into targeted sourcing strategies
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess recruitment partnerships and negotiate commercially suitable terms

Education and experience
- Minimum 2 years local experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or recruitment (agency or in-house) is a must
- Proven track record in hunting passive candidates and leveraging LinkedIn sourcing tools.
- Advantage: Experience recruiting within financial services, corporate services, legal, accounting, or professional service sectors is highly desirable.
- Degree/qualification in HR, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing tools and Microsoft Office; experience using a job boards, an ATS and maintaining recruitment data would be considered an asset;
