Our client, a local CSP, is seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their team and support their clients with payroll-related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a portfolio of clients in the setting up and coordination of clients and issuance of bills
- Leading the monthly payroll including coordination of payments to employees
- Coordinating of payroll related payments to third parties
- Handling of engagement processes in relation to new employees and termination
- Preparing forms and documents for clients
- Registering of new companies and new employees with Jobsplus and IRD
- Handling termination of employees with Jobsplus and IRD
- Supporting clients with the day to day payroll issues
- Handling any requests as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working within payroll locally
- Candidates who have experience working in client payroll will be given priority
- Candidates who have experience using Shireburn Indigo would be given priority
