KonnektTalexio is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing recruitment Konnekt Recruitment Team in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Forming part of a newly-established team, as a Recruitment Specialist, your role will be centred around managing and developing key client accounts, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive exceptional service. You will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio of clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver recruitment solutions that go beyond filling vacancies, but become a trusted advisor and partner to your clients.

Within this position, you will be required to:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, delivering tailored recruitment solutions to support client growth.
  • Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for your client portfolio
  • Nurture a strong network of candidates, matching them with the best-fit opportunities and providing career advice.
  • Identify and champion actions to increase and generate opportunities for candidates across industries.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies that offer long-term, sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Drive business growth through networking, identifying new opportunities, and continuously improving recruitment processes for enhanced client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A value-driven, meticulous individual able to confidently drive projects independently.
  • An adaptable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A curious, customer-oriented individual with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal Greek and English.

Education & Experience

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role, business development or client management position.
  • A Degree level of education in a related field will be considered an asset
