Our client is looking to onboard a People & Culture Executive who is passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience at every stage of the team member journey.
In this role, you'll play an active part in shaping initiatives across employer branding, employee wellbeing, reward and recognition, performance management, budgeting, succession planning, learning and development, and talent management. Reponsibilities
- Partnering with managers by providing guidance and support on People and business-related matters
- Supporting employees with day-to-day People-related queries and processes
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent to delivering a seamless onboarding experience
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and management
- Assisting with People-related budgeting and resource planning
- Supporting processes related to offshore employment projects and subsidiaries
- Coordinating and supporting performance management processes
- Contributing to internal communications, talent management initiatives, and employer branding activities
- Assisting management with reporting, analytics, and other ad hoc People projects
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in an HR or related role
- A flexible and proactive approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in both English & Maltese, written & verbal
- An MQF Level 4 qualification or higher
- A good understanding of Maltese employment legislation and HR best practices
- Diploma/Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or Training and Development would be an asset
