Our client within the legal indsutry is looking for a People & Culture Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative coordination of the department, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and basic document preparation.
- Follow up on administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely completion in line with agreed deadlines.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and document management systems following firm standards.
- Support document control by assisting with formatting, filing, version control, and initial quality checks.
- Liaise with external HR suppliers and service providers to handle routine requests and general enquiries.
- Work closely with the administrative and HR teams to ensure efficient daily office operations, taking on additional administrative duties as delegated by the People & Culture Manager.
- Support talent acquisition by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, preparing candidate packs, and updating applicant tracking records.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on application status and interview arrangements.
- Assist with onboarding administration for new hires, including collecting documentation, coordinating pre-employment checks, and preparing starter files.
- Support internal communication efforts, including drafting employee notices, handling routine correspondence, and keeping the team informed.
- Keep staff updated on administrative requirements, deadlines, and departmental updates in accordance with firm schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a dedicated administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR operations.
- Minimum O’Level standard of education, including passes in English and Mathematics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage routine tasks systematically.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, team-oriented, and genuinely motivated to grow within the HR field.
