Payroll Executive

A well-established Corporate Services Provider is looking to recruit a Payroll Executive to your their team. This person will be managing payroll services for a diverse portfolio of international and private clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for a portfolio of clients.
• Calculate overtime, bonuses, allowances, leave, and other adjustments.
• Process employee records, including onboardings, terminations, and salary changes.
• Prepare and submit required tax and statutory compliance forms (e.g., FSS, Jobsplus/engagement, SCC).
• Resolve payroll queries and liaise directly with relevant authorities.
• Stay updated on relevant employment and tax regulations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local employment/social security laws
• Shireburn Experience would be considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Education and experience

• 2 years+ local experience in a Payroll role
• A level standard of education, Payroll certification will be considered a plus
