Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator who is keen to elevate their career alongside a dedicated team of payroll experts. As part of our collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-standard service delivery that our clients trust.

In this position, you will be reporting directly to the Payroll Services Manager, and the duties will include:

• Monitoring the accuracy of time and attendance data
• Resolving any incorrect time entries
• Working on timesheets and monitoring leave data
• Ensuring accuracy in payroll data
• Supporting the team with any of their day-to-day administrative requirements
• Assisting your client portfolio with day-to-day queries and requests 

Requirements: 

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

Education & Experience: 

• Knowledge of payroll software, mainly Shireburn or Talexio, as well as strong knowledge of Maltese employment law, will be considered an asset
• Previous T&A experience is considered an asset
• Professional proficiency in excel is a must
• A-Level standard of Education
