Learning & Development HR Executive

Our client, a leading company within the hospitality industry is looking for a Learning & Development HR Executive to join their team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

• Coordinating internal employee engagement events to strengthen team culture and morale
• Designing, scheduling, and managing an annual learning and development calendar aligned with organizational objectives
• Conducting new-hire orientations and delivering ongoing professional development programs
• Partnering with department heads to identify skill gaps, select internal trainers, and build tailored instruction plans
• Overseeing specialized brand training initiatives to ensure full staff compliance
• Serving on the employee wellness and workplace culture committee to champion diversity and community initiatives
• Managing core HR administrative functions and supporting daily operational workflows

Requirements

• Experience in HR softwares (such as Shireburn Indigo) is an asset
• Excellent spoken and written English

Education and experience

• Previous HR and training experience, ideally within hospitality or high-volume service environments
• Previous payroll experience is a plus
