Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver engaging induction and onboarding programmes, ensuring new employees have a smooth and positive start.
- Plan, organise and facilitate a variety of learning and development initiatives across the business.
- Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Assist in developing and managing the annual learning and development calendar.
- Collaborate with internal trainers and subject matter experts to design and enhance training materials, presentations and other learning resources.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and learning data, producing reports and insights where required.
- Contribute to performance management, talent development and career progression initiatives.
- Liaise with external training providers to coordinate courses, certifications and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR-related qualification or advanced education preferred
- Fluent in English; Maltese is an asset

Education and experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in social media recruitment strategies
