We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join an established organisation and play an active role in bringing its learning and development initiatives to life.

You’ll have plenty of variety in your day, from coordinating training sessions and working with external trainers to supporting development programmes and helping shape new learning initiatives.

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Coordinate training and development activities from start to finish, including scheduling, logistics and communication with participants.
- Help plan and deliver workshops, training sessions and other learning initiatives.
- Work closely with external trainers, lecturers and service providers to coordinate schedules and programme requirements.
- Partner with different internal teams to understand their learning needs and support relevant development initiatives.
- Contribute ideas towards new training programmes and help improve existing learning content and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee development opportunities, including coaching and further education programmes.
- Support the organisation of learning events and other development-focused initiatives.
- Assist with tracking training expenditure and budgets.
- Gather participant feedback and help evaluate the success and impact of different training initiatives.
- Be a key point of contact for employees, trainers and other stakeholders when it comes to training schedules, registrations and general queries.
What we’re looking for:
- A recognised qualification at MQF Level 6 or higher in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, Business, Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience within Learning & Development, training coordination, HR or another relevant area.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to keep several projects moving at the same time.
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people and building strong working relationships
- Someone proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
- Must already be based in Malta.
