Our client is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Clerk to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with employee records management, recruitment and onboarding processes, payroll administration, training coordination, HR reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records, including personal and employment information.
Support recruitment activities by posting vacancies on relevant platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare onboarding documentation and assist with employee induction and orientation programs.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting, reviewing, and verifying timesheets and attendance records.
Provide administrative support related to employee benefits and payroll processes.
Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
Organize HR filing systems and documentation in both electronic and physical formats.
Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
MQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese & English are a must.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation is advantageous.
Knowledge of Dakar or similar systems is an asset.
