We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an HR Recruitment Specialist (Maternity Cover) to join its HR team on a fixed-term contract for 1 year on Full time or Reduced Hour basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while contributing to employer branding, talent acquisition, and wider HR initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
- Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to identify the best talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and define selection criteria.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Maintain recruitment records, reports, and HR data.
- Provide market insights on salary trends and talent availability.
- Support HR projects and other HR initiatives as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a generalist HR role.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation will be considered an asset.
- Able to communicate in both Maltese and English
