- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programmes to enhance new hire integration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance.
- Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to promote continuous professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries and issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
