HR Generalist

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to work in financial services and gain hands-on experience across the full HR function in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while developing their career.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support throughout the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, reviewing and shortlisting CVs, conducting preliminary candidate screening calls, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and Directors.
• Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and comply with employment legislation and company policies.
• Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees by coordinating system access, preparing welcome communications, and organizing induction sessions to support their successful integration into the organization.

Requirements

• Previous local experience in a similar role within HR
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Maltese employment law
