A well-established client of ours operating within the Financial Industry is seeking to employ an HR Executive who will be responsible for a diverse range of responsibilities related to HR administration and support:
Assisting in the day‑to‑day operations of the HR department.
Managing and maintaining employee profiles and ensuring all records are updated and accurate.
Coordinating the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding.
Preparing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, letters, updates and policies.
Supporting recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination.
Scheduling interviews, performance appraisals, training sessions and HR-related meetings.
Maintaining and updating internal databases and HR systems.
Coordinating internal events and wellbeing initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law.
Supporting HR projects and any pending tasks within the department as required.
Requirements
Candidates must be living and working in Malta already
Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
Candidates must possess great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently aswell as part of a team
Education and Experience
A Level Standard of Education as a minimum requirement
2+ years’ local experience in a similar HR role.
Knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle is a must
