Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator to act as the core engine driving our daily HR operations. In this position, you will manage employee experiences across every stage of their journey, from onboarding new talent to guiding offboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring logistics, deliver smooth onboarding experiences, and execute organised offboarding procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and serve as the main point of contact for daily staff queries on leave, benefits, and official documentation.
- Maintain complete data confidentiality while ensuring all personnel records and HR practices strictly align with Maltese labour laws.
- Work alongside the HR Manager to spot operational bottlenecks and refine daily administrative procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR administration, recruitment, or generalist support.
- Completed or ongoing studies in Human Resources or Maltese Employment Law.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office with a quick learning curve for HRIS platforms and digital tools.
- Exceptionally organised, attentive to compliance standards, and driven to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Clear dedication to growing long-term within the Human Resources discipline.
- Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
