Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their Human Capital team. Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate crucial stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, organizational changes, and offboarding processes.
- HR Advisory: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and managerial queries, offering clear guidance on internal policies and procedures.
- Performance & Engagement: Facilitate performance management cycles and contribute to firm-wide employee engagement initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
- HRIS & Data Analytics: Maintain precise employee records within Workday, leveraging HR metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business stakeholders to support workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, and employee relations.
- HR Projects: Contribute to strategic HR initiatives designed to elevate the overall employee experience and support firm objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
- Systems Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and command of MS Office; practical experience with Workday is considered a strong asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
