HR Administrator

Our client operating in the Financial Services sector is looking for a HR Administrator to join their growing team

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, process record changes (new hires, terminations), support performance reviews, and generate HR reports alongside the Head of People.
• Assist with the hiring process by scheduling interviews and acting as a primary liaison between candidates and the hiring team.
• Oversee end-to-end administrative duties spanning from onboarding new employees to offboarding departing staff.
• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations across the HR department.
• Ensure all HR processes and records comply with internal company policies and current employment laws.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR administration, HR assistant or HR coordinator role
• Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Team player with a collaborative approach and strong work ethic
