We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an HR Administration Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a busy HR department.
This role is ideal for a highly organised HR professional with experience in work permits, employee administration, and HR compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate employee records, supporting onboarding, monitoring attendance, and coordinating HR processes across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage work permit and residence permit applications from start to finish, including renewals and liaison with the relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with immigration and employment requirements.
- Monitor time and attendance exceptions and support payroll preparation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Assist with employee benefits administration and HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and company procedures.
- Provide general administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration, with hands-on responsibility for work permits and immigration processes.
- Experience liaising with government authorities regarding employment documentation.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with Shireburn Indigo and time & attendance software will be considered an asset.
