Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department and ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Monitor HR mailboxes, answer incoming calls, handle routine employee queries, and route complex matters appropriately.
- Schedule interviews, contact candidates, prepare interview invitations, and reserve meeting rooms.
- Prepare documentation and coordinate setup and departure processes for joining and leaving employees.
- Process Jobsplus engagements, terminations, and official employment notifications.
- Organise employee training schedules, communicate details to attendees, and maintain up-to-date training logs.
- Prepare standard HR letters/contracts and maintain confidential employee files, databases, and records.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4.30PM
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese and English.
- Familiarity with local employment notifications (e.g., Jobsplus filings).
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- High level of discretion with confidential data, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a customer-focused approach.
Education and experience
- MQF Level 4 qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Previous administrative or coordination experience is preferred.
