Client Payroll Officer

Our client , a leading global professional services firm is looking to recruit a Client Payroll Officer to join their growing ream.

Main Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time in collaboration with payroll managers and clients.
• Maintain payroll data and records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Prepare payroll reports covering earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and statutory payments.
• Calculate payroll liabilities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Build strong client relationships and provide timely payroll advisory support.
• Investigate and resolve payroll queries and discrepancies efficiently.
• Support team objectives, project documentation, reporting, and process improvements.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and complete additional payroll-related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Maltese payroll administration.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications at any level.
• Previous experience using Shireburn is a must
