Behind every great concert is someone making sure a hundred moving parts somehow come together at exactly the right time.
We are looking for a Tour Manager to join a fast-moving international live entertainment company delivering a high volume of concerts and events across different markets in Europe.
This is not a traditional 9-to-5 operations role. You’ll be working closely with the promoter and wider team to help take tours and events from planning through to delivery, coordinating the details, solving problems as they happen and making sure nothing gets dropped along the way.

What you'll be doing
- No two weeks will necessarily look the same, but your role will include:
- Coordinating international concerts, tours and live events from planning through to delivery
- Managing tour schedules, timelines and the many moving parts surrounding each event
- Liaising with venues, suppliers, partners, artists and other stakeholders
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and logistics
- Supporting ticketing, marketing and other operational requirements around events
- Keeping track of information, deadlines, confirmations and follow-ups across multiple projects
- Identifying potential issues before they become actual problems
- Handling last-minute changes calmly and finding practical solutions quickly
- Travelling and joining tours when required
- Working closely with the promoter and becoming someone they can genuinely rely on

- Thinks logically and makes good decisions, including when plans suddenly change
- Communicates confidently with very different personalities and knows how to read a room
- Builds strong relationships while remaining professional and discreet
- Is comfortable working independently and doesn't need constant supervision
- Follows things through properly. If you say something will get done, it gets done
- Doesn't panic when something goes wrong at the eleventh hour. You work out what needs to happen next and get moving
What you'll need

- Previous international experience within tour management, international concerts, live events, entertainment, event production or a closely related environment
- Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next, rather than waiting for direction
- Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows things through from start to finish
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple events, priorities and deadlines without losing sight of the details
- A logical and resourceful thinker who can make good decisions and find solutions when plans change unexpectedly
- Confident communicating with different personalities and building strong relationships while remaining professional and discreet
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment
- Comfortable working independently from home and trusted to get things done without constant supervision
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly
- Flexible and willing to travel internationally when required
The salary range for this role depends on experience. The upper end of the range is intended for candidates with strong, direct experience in international touring, concerts and live entertainment.
Our client is also open to candidates from related backgrounds who may not have worked directly in touring but bring strong transferable experience, the right attitude and the ability to grow into the role. In these cases, the salary offered will reflect the relevance of their experience and the level of development required.
