Sales Executive

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer and sales orders accurately using the ERP system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, invoices, and payment information
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and sales procedures
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
• Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements

Requirements:

• Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Excellent communication skills in English, Maltese preferred
• Previous experience in sales, events, business development, customer service, or account management is an asset
• Experience conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
