Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer and sales orders accurately using the ERP system
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, invoices, and payment information
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy requirements, and sales procedures
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
