Our client is looking for both Junior and Senior Client Experience Specialist to join their growing team.
Whether at the beginning of their career in luxury travel and concierge services or an experienced professional seeking their next challenge, the successful candidate will join an international team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to clients worldwide.
Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, the successful candidate will have opportunities to travel when required while helping create bespoke travel and concierge experiences.
Junior Role - Up to €30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Senior Role - Up to €45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Depending on their level of experience, responsibilities will include:
- Managing or supporting end-to-end luxury lifestyle, travel and concierge bookings.
- Researching and sourcing suppliers while preparing quotations and confirmations.
- Coordinating bookings, amendments and related administration.
- Managing or assisting with pricing, mark-ups and booking profitability.
- Handling financial administration, including proformas, payments, invoices and booking reconciliations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Delivering exceptional customer service before, during and after every booking.
- Maintaining accurate operational records and preparing reports where required.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Contributing towards departmental sales, revenue and profitability targets.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements (Specialist level).
Requirements for Junior Profile:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel or luxury services is considered an advantage but is not essential.
- A genuine passion for luxury travel, hospitality and concierge services.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with numbers.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for Senior Profile:
- A minimum of three years' experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge or a similar client-facing environment.
- Previous sales experience with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience managing bespoke or high-value client requests.
- Experience using Amadeus is considered an asset.
- Previous concierge experience is highly desirable.
- The ability to work independently while delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Experience mentoring colleagues and contributing to operational improvements is considered an advantage.
Essential for Both Roles:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Additional languages are considered a strong asset.
