Hospitality & Guest Experience Executive (Wine Estate)

Our client, a leading local winemaker, is seeking a Hospitality & Guest Experience Executive to join a newly established wine estate in the south of Malta. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hands-on role will see you acting as a key support person in the day-to-day hospitality operations of the estate, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and personalised experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality, food, wine, and customer service. Working closely with the CEO, you will help deliver exceptional visitor experiences, support winery operations, and contribute to establishing the estate as a leading destination for wine enthusiasts and visitors alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and hosting guests visiting the estate
• Conducting winery and vineyard tours
• Assisting with wine tasting experiences and event coordination
• Acting as a brand ambassador and key point of contact for visitors, partners, and clients
• Building strong relationships with guests and promoting a positive image of the estate
• Preparing and presenting food platters, light meals, and pasta dishes for tastings, events, and private functions for small groups
• Assisting with the planning and execution of events, corporate functions, and private gatherings
• Ensuring hospitality areas are maintained to the highest standards at all times
• Supporting reservations, bookings, and guest communications
• Assisting with social media content opportunities, visitor engagement, and promotional activities where required
• Ensuring all established SOPs and service standards are followed consistently

Working Hours: Monday - Sunday on roster basis

Requirements

• Previous experience within hospitality, catering, food service, restaurants, hotels, events, or a similar guest facing environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Interest in wine, food, and hospitality experiences
• Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds and nationalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, energetic, and hands on approach
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Organised, reliable, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
• Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset
• Food handling experience and basic food preparation skills are highly desirable
• Applicants must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
