Our client is looking for a Part-Time Guest Support Coordinator to become the friendly face behind every great guest experience. This is a flexible, predominantly remote role where you'll support guests throughout their stay, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out.
While the role can be carried out remotely most of the time, there may occasionally be situations where you'll need to visit one of the properties to assist with guest or operational matters.

What You'll Be Doing:
Respond to guest enquiries mostly via WhatsApp, email and phone in a friendly and timely manner.
Provide guests with check-in information, apartment details and local recommendations where neede
Resolve guest queries and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure issues are handled efficiently.
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and other suppliers when support is require
Keep accurate records of guest communications and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
Help deliver a seamless, five-star guest experience from arrival through to departure
Occasionally visit the properties when an on-site presence is required
The Ideal Profile:
Previous experience within hospitality, tourism, guest relations or customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Someone who enjoys working independently while remaining highly responsive.
A positive, proactive and customer-first mindset
A valid driving licence
Must be already based in Malta
