Our client, a leading company within the hospitality industry is looking for a Safety and Security Manager to join their team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:
Reviewing, updating, and enforcing comprehensive safety policies, evacuation plans, and security protocols to protect guests, staff, and physical assets
Conducting regular risk assessments, hazard inspections, and security audits to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance
Designing and delivering safety and security training programs for all staff members
Managing access control systems, surveillance networks, alarm operations, and facility parking logistics
Collaborating with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external security vendors during incidents or routine operations
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting incident data to executive management with actionable recommendations for continuous risk reduction
Supporting departmental financial administration, including budget oversight, financial reporting, and vendor contract management
