Safety and Security Manager

Our client, a leading company within the hospitality industry is looking for a Safety and Security Manager to join their team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

• Reviewing, updating, and enforcing comprehensive safety policies, evacuation plans, and security protocols to protect guests, staff, and physical assets
• Conducting regular risk assessments, hazard inspections, and security audits to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Designing and delivering safety and security training programs for all staff members
• Managing access control systems, surveillance networks, alarm operations, and facility parking logistics
• Collaborating with local law enforcement, emergency services, and external security vendors during incidents or routine operations
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting incident data to executive management with actionable recommendations for continuous risk reduction
• Supporting departmental financial administration, including budget oversight, financial reporting, and vendor contract management

Requirements

• Proficient in security technology, emergency response protocols, and relevant safety legislation
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• NEBOSH certificate is a huge asset
