Our client is a renowned name in the hotel industry. They are seeking to employ a Health, Safety & Security Manager.

The Role

The Health, Safety & Security Manager is responsible for leading and improving the resort’s health and safety management system.
You will ensure full compliance with local laws, company policies, and standards.
The role includes conducting regular risk assessments, audits, inspections, and safety reviews across all departments.
You will oversee fire safety procedures, emergency plans, and evacuation drills.
The manager develops and delivers health and safety training for employees at all levels.
You will investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
You also manage waste data systems, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all waste streams.
On the security side, the manager oversees all operations to protect guests, staff, and property.
You will supervise the security team to maintain constant coverage and high service standards.
The role involves managing CCTV, alarms, access controls, and other security technologies.
You will establish protocols for incident reporting, crisis handling, and emergency response.
The manager works closely with local authorities and supports VIP protection and special events.
