Pharmacist (Part Time/Full Time)

Our client is looking to recruit a Pharmacist to join their growing team. The chosen canddiate will:

• Provide full pharmacist cover at various pharmacy locations as assigned.
• Accurately and safely dispense medications in accordance with Maltese pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Deliver professional advice to patients on prescriptions, OTC products, and general health matters.
• Supervise, support, and guide pharmacy staff while on duty.
• Maintain a collaborative and efficient working environment within each assigned pharmacy.
• Ensure all pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements are upheld.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient and prescription records.
• Quickly adapt to different pharmacy systems, layouts, and team dynamics.
• Communicate proactively with Pharmacy Managers and the Operations team to understand weekly and monthly assignment schedules.
• Cover planned and unplanned absences, including emergency or short-notice shifts.
• During quieter periods, contribute to pharmacy projects or assist with supportive tasks as directed.

Requirements

• High level of flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations within the group
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and handle busy periods confidently
• Attention to detail, a calm approach, and a commitment to high standards of patient care

Education and Experience

• Warrant to practice as a Pharmacist in Malta
• Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting is a must
• Must be qualified within Europe as per laws and regulations
