The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will report to the Chairman and Board of Directors, will provide strategic leadership to drive the long term growth and expansion of a dynamic, multi sector technology group. The primary focus of the role is to define and execute a cohesive growth strategy, oversee capital allocation, and maximize value creation across the portfolio. The company offers diverse solutions to its customers and serves diverse global sectors such as banking, healthcare, border control, gaming, retail, and IT outsourcing.

The Role

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a degree preferably in business or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of five years of senior leadership experience within the technology sector is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in scaling businesses internationally, ideally with exposure to mergers, acquisitions, or strategic investments.
- The candidate must display a deep understanding of current technology trends, digital markets, and strategic risk management.
- A demonstrated ability to build, lead, and align high-performing executive management teams is essential.
