Senior ERP Consultant - Finance & Localisation

Our client, an ERP consulting and technology solutions provider based in Cyprus, specialises in ERP implementation, consulting, development, and support services for clients across Cyprus and Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, and the UK.

As their international client base continues to grow, we are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant with strong finance, accounting, and business process expertise to join their Consulting Services team. The role will focus on the design and implementation of ERP solutions across finance, localisation, reporting, and related business processes.

The role may be based in the Nicosia office or performed remotely within the EU, with preference for candidates located in Cyprus, Belgium, or the Netherlands.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyse client requirements and lead workshops with finance, accounting and operational users.

Design ERP solutions for finance, accounting, VAT, reporting, localisation and related business processes.

Map client requirements to standard ERP functionality and identify where configuration, reporting, workflow or development work is required.

Configure and support the implementation of Priority ERP financial and related modules.

Prepare clear functional specifications for system customisations.

Work closely with software developers, project managers and other consultants to deliver complete client solutions.

Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing and go-live preparation.

Provide user training, post-go-live support and practical guidance to help clients use the ERP effectively.

Advise clients on how ERP functionality can improve financial control, operational efficiency and management reporting.

Own and maintain the ERP finance and localisation roadmaps for the countries supported by Dexterity, ensuring that statutory, VAT, reporting and country-specific business requirements are identified, prioritised and translated into practical ERP functionality.

Work with clients, internal consultants, software developers and Priority ERP to define localisation priorities, manage gaps, support testing and communicate roadmap progress.

Participate in pre-sales presentations, demonstrations and proposal preparation where required.

Depending on experience, lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants and manage selected projects or client engagements.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Relevant experience in ERP implementation, ERP consulting, finance systems, accounting systems or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance and business processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CFOs, accountants, controllers, managers and end users.
• Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to prepare specifications, process notes and user guidance.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops or project go-lives.
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid consulting environment.

Advantageous:

• Experience with Priority ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Sage, Oracle, Infor or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with VAT, statutory reporting, localisation, multi-company, multi-currency or intercompany processes.
• Experience working with clients in Cyprus, Belgium, the Netherlands or other European markets.
• Knowledge of Greek, Dutch, French, German or Italian.

Education and Experience

• Accounting qualification or part-qualification, such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Senior Consultant: 6+ years of relevant ERP, finance systems or accounting/finance transformation experience.
• Lead Consultant: 10+ years of relevant experience, including leadership of complex ERP or finance systems projects.
