Our client, operating in the investment sector, is seeking a Relationship Manager to manage client applications for residence and citizenship programmes. Forming part of a team, the role focuses on building strong client relationships, ensuring a smooth application process, and supporting customer acquisition and retention while reporting to the Managing Partner.
- Compile and submit client applications for residency or citizenship programs.
- Build and manage relationships with clients and their advisors.
- Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation.
- Provide expertise across all residency and citizenship programs.
- Support ancillary requirements as needed.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to align with client needs.
- Manage application processes, escalating issues as needed.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0900hrs - 1700hrs , 1 hour break, Full time - 35 hours weekly

Requirements
- Atleast 2 years of account management experience in investments, insurance, private banking, or wealth management
- Proven success in building and maintaining multi-level client relationships.
- Experience and knowledge in the immigration by investment industry / banking / financial services.
- Detail-oriented, independent, and team player.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM.
- Proactive in anticipating and addressing problems, taking action to prevent issues, and effectively interpreting and anticipating client needs.
- Exceptional time and task management skills, with the ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English.
