Regulatory Compliance Manager

We are working with a global CSP who are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead client-facing projects and work in the Governance, Risk and Compliance domain.

What you'll be doing

• Manage medium-risk projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will be dealing with entities that are regulated by the MFSA.
• Gather and define client requirements while maintaining strong and effective stakeholder relationships.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor team members, allocate resources effectively, and contribute to recruitment activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards while identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Build and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR.
• Proven experience in compliance audits, gap assessments and regulatory projects.
• Strong report writing, presentation, and client engagement abilities.
• A familiarity with MIFID is considered an asset

Education and experience

• Degree in Law, Compliance of Business. MQF Level 6 level
