Operations Officer

Our client, a leading company in the Payments industry, is looking to employ an Operations Officer to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation
• Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet client requirements
• Perform and oversee reconciliation of client accounts and transactions
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
• Liaise with clients as required
• Assist with incident tracking and resolution across teams

Requirements

• Familiarity with card operations or similar processing environments is preferred
• Knowledge of BankWORKS is an asset
• Previous experience working within the Banking or Payments industry in a similar role locally
• Excellent verbal and written English
