Our client within the Investments industry is looking for an Investments Operations Specialist to join their team. Due to the company is brunched in different time zones and juristrictions even outside of EU, the selected candidate is expected to adjust to the different practices.
- Manage post-trade operations for FX and securities, including settlement, confirmations and transaction processing.
- Oversee client account openings, closures, cash movements and securities transfers.
- Process corporate actions and coordinate with counterparties to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Handle client transaction queries and perform daily and ad hoc reconciliations.
- Maintain operational procedures and support system enhancements, user testing and staff training.
- Prepare data for regulatory reporting and assist with tax calculations, deductions and Qualified Intermediary submissions.
- Collaborate with Finance and Investment Systems teams to resolve discrepancies and improve operational processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Investment Operations or relevant field
