Our client, a local CSP, is looking to recruit a Financial Advisory Manager to join their team.
Main responsibilities include:
- Act as a trusted financial and business advisor, providing clients with strategic guidance on financial and business matters and recommending best practices.
- Lead financial due diligence engagements and coordinate with the Listing Authority, stockbrokers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders in preparation for bond issues and IPOs.
- Design and oversee processes for the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and financial models.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including company and intellectual property valuations.
- Monitor developments across the financial and non-financial sectors to identify opportunities to add value to clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring structured training and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAPSME, and financial advisory methodologies and best practices.
- Knowledge of Maltese or other languages would be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.

Education and experience
- Qualified accountant or economist with at least 5 years’ experience in financial or business advisory, preferably within a mid-tier or large professional services firm.
