Our client, a regulated European Bank specialising in cutting-edge industries like technology and digital advertising is looking for a Factoring Manager.
Factoring is a financial service that helps businesses improve cash flow by providing funding against outstanding invoices. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, support client relationships, and lead a team to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Factoring Officers.
- Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements where needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, debtors, and external partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Prepare management reports on portfolio and operational performance.
- Manage client and debtor records, including amendments and funding arrangements.
- Oversee factoring platforms, banking facilities, and related administrative processes.
- Review and maintain active client files, financial information, and supporting documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, collections, and transfers accurately and on time.

Education and experience
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in factoring, banking, finance, or a similar operational role.
- Relevant degree-level qualification.
- Experience in factoring is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of digital advertising or the gaming industry would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
