Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and love being at the heart of a business where no two days are the same?
Our client is a boutique hospitality company managing a collection of luxury self-catering apartments. They are looking for a Guest Experience & Property Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay while helping the business operate efficiently behind the scenes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, has a proactive mindset, and is excited to contribute ideas that enhance both the guest journey and the overall operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience, mostly virtually.
- Deliver a personalised, high-quality guest experience by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving any queries throughout the guest journey.
- Conduct routine inspections of apartments prior to guest arrivals, ensuring they consistently meet the company's quality standards.
- Coordinate housekeeping schedules and liaise with maintenance providers to ensure properties remain guest-ready at all times.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate booking records using the company's reservation system.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor guest feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Take a proactive, business-wide approach by reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and the guest experience.
- Review existing systems and procedures, recommending practical improvements where appropriate.
- Provide flexible support across different areas of the business as operational needs evolve.
- Assist in managing the company's social media presence by creating engaging content, capturing photos and videos, scheduling posts and responding to online reviews where required.
What our client is looking for:
- Around 3 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, guest relations or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and continuously looking for ways to improve.
- Someone who is already based and settled in Malta
- A valid driving licence. If you own a motorbike, the company can provide a company motorcycle for work-related travel.
What's in it for you:
- Regular salary reviews and a KPI-based incentive structure
- Car cash allowance
- Disturbance allowance
- Flexible working, with the opportunity to work remotely where operationally possible
- A people-first business where your ideas are valued and you'll be recognised as an individual, not just another employee
- A role with genuine ownership, autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact
- Clear opportunities for career growth as the business continues to evolve
