Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Execute maintenance, and repair of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Lead the commissioning of equipment at client sites.
- Oversee the maintenance of LV (Low Voltage), Switchgear, and Distribution Boards (DBs)
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, technical drawings, and wiring plans.
- Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to ensure zero downtime.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits, commissioning logs, and maintenance reports at the office.
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring high service standards.
- Manage a technical team in the future, providing mentorship, quality control, and schedule management.
- Operate with a flexible schedule to accommodate specific client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven background in Electro-Mechanical systems
- Significant experience in field commissioning and troubleshooting industrial or commercial electrical plant equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in reading and interpreting electrical circuit and drawings
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory capacity is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid manual driving license
- Strong leadership character and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using technical software

Education and experience
- Possession of Electrical Wireman License A and B is an asset
- Possession of a Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
