Junior Architect

Our client is seeking a passionate Junior Architect to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to work on a diverse range of projects while further developing their skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations across a range of projects.
• Work closely with senior architects and engineers to prepare detailed plans and technical specifications.
• Carry out site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Support client meetings by gathering project requirements and presenting design proposals.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, construction materials, and relevant building regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp.
• Good understanding of building regulations, codes, and industry standards.
• Fluency in English, Maltese is an asset.
