Our client is looking to onboard a Process Analyst, to analyze, design, and optimize cross-departmental business processes to drive operational efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and support high-impact digital transformation and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Review workflows, documentation, and operational practices to develop detailed process maps that pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and build streamlined workflows focused on automation, cost reduction, and scalability
- Partner with business units to align goals, manage change, address concerns, and ensure seamless execution of new processes
- Support the integration of modern tools, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to optimize departmental operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in process improvement, business analysis, or project management role
- Proficient in Maltese & English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process mapping abilities with high attention to detail
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident operating independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in AI, automation, and tech-driven process innovation is highly desirable
