Our client is a premier technology firm dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to the business world and is seeking a senior professional to join their Software Projects Team and lead the way in AI-driven business transformation.
In this role, you will partner with organisations to unlock the full potential of Microsoft Copilot and the Power Platform. You will work closely with customers to understand strategic challenges and translate them into scalable AI-powered workflows, copilots, automations, and business applications.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Copilot awareness, enablement, and adoption workshops for business and leadership teams to drive organisational transformation.
Convert complex business requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows, automations, and conversational copilots.
Design, build, and oversee solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Identify, evaluate, and champion opportunities to optimise workflows, communication channels, and business processes.
Oversee development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI and automation solutions.
Develop training materials, deliver hands-on AI adoption sessions, and mentor team members on data analysis, visualisation, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Skilled at managing multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks, and working independently.
Hands-on experience supporting technology-driven or digital transformation initiatives.
Confident in leading workshops and delivering training sessions, including to senior leaders.
Demonstrated interest in AI-driven transformation and adoption of modern workplace technologies.
Education and Experience
A minimum degree in IT and experience working in a similar role.
IT certifications like Azure administration or Microsoft Security Administration are a plus
Passionate about IT with ideally 1-2 years experience in the field
