Our client, a prominent IT company, is looking to employ a System Support Analyst to ensure prompt issue resolution and enhance the overall customer support experience.
- Client Support & Operations: Deliver support per SLAs, participate in daily team operations, and manage/escalate issues through to resolution according to standard ICT processes.
- Solution Implementation & Maintenance: Configure, upgrade, and maintain client solutions using recommended productivity tools under senior guidance. Maintain clear documentation for all implemented solutions and change requests.
- Requirements & Testing: Gather and translate client business needs into functional requirements. Execute test scenarios, validate usability standards, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reporting.
- Data & Training: Extract, manipulate, and present data across supported platforms. Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions under senior supervision.
- Commercial Support & Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify sales leads. Assist the commercial team with bids and sales initiatives.
Requirements
- To ideally have previous experience working on SQL as well as some experience supporting/operating and delivering customers’ solutions.
- To have a good understanding of how to design and develop business processes and data models and database systems
- To be client-focused and outgoing, enjoying the frequent interfacing with customers
- An eagerness to provide knowledge transfer and training in order to ensure customers can effectively implement Business Process Management (BPM) solutions

Education and experience
- To hold a Bachelor’s degree in computing or IT related subject.
