Customer Care Representative

Our client, a leading company here in Malta, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Handle phone and email inquiries regarding contract details, service updates, and billing.
• Prioritize and dispatch field technicians for emergency calls.
• Schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repair visits between clients and service teams.
• Log all service requests in the CRM and track jobs through to completion.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Maltese and English is a must.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic technical terminology.

Education and experience

• 1–2 years in customer service, dispatch, or technical support.
