Our client is looking to onboard a Contact Centre Representative to support with customer enquiries, addressing concerns, preparing requests for quotations (RFQs), and closing sales where appropriate. The successful candidate will also provide clear guidance on products, claims, and general insurance-related queries.
Responsibilities
Deliver first-line support to insurance customers
Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails professionally and efficiently, in line with company standards
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries effectively
Prepare, issue, and distribute client documentation
Requirements
Fluency in both written and spoken Maltese and English
A minimum of secondary-level education
Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications
A positive, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and remain effective under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and organisational skills
Experience in Insurance, Contact Centre, or Customer Care environments will be considered an asset
