Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally, providing assistance and resolving queries efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and technical teams to coordinate service requests and ensure timely follow-up.
- Contact clients regarding outstanding payments and maintain accurate communication records.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone and email.
- Manage the emergency call line, assess urgent situations, and dispatch the appropriate technician for emergency rescue operations.
- Ensure all emergency calls are handled promptly and professionally.
- Support general administrative tasks, including issuing staff uniforms, printing and binding lift manuals, and assisting with other office duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Maltese and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative role is considered an asset.
