Call Centre Agent

A client of ours is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Handle and log customer service requests accurately in the service management system.
• Monitor remote management alerts and take appropriate action by placing consumable orders, logging service calls, notifying customers, or escalating issues.
• Process consumable supply orders and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate and schedule service requests with field service engineers.
• Provide customers with timely updates on service requests, orders, and repair progress.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the efficient resolution of customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contact details, equipment information, and service documentation.
• Prioritise and escalate issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
• Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
• Assist with general administrative and office duties.

Requirements

• Excellent level of English and Maltese is a must.
• Good knowledge of multifunction printers, managed print services, and Xerox technologies.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer/service management systems.
